Head of Influencer Marketing

At Beyond Talent we are collaborating with a worldwide consolidated global brand that is currently searching for a strategic leader to be the new Global Head of Influencer Marketing to join its international team in Spain.

Due to a tremendous growth, the company is looking for an ambitious influencer marketing manager responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of a brand’s communication, activation and measurement of their influencerstrategies, to get maximum impact for their influencer campaigns results and strength the company presence.

Reporting to CMO, a Head of Influencer marketing jobs will include the responsibility for develop and implement the campaigns operation strategies coordinate with the rest of your team, to create maximum impact and effectiveness for campaigns.

We are looking for someone who will possess the leadership and communication attributes required to successfully manage a team, as well as understand the strategies to create efficiencies and help drive profitability.

Influencer marketing jobs responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning and execute an insights-driven influencer strategy for the global regions
  • Design and execute influencer campaigns in line with the company vision with a unique approach, to help build the brand and drive user growth.
  • Track the campaign’s success and communicate the effectiveness and how it reached the planned goals.
  • Continuously identify new programs/initiatives to drive the brand vision and extend the lifetime of all user generated content.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders across Digital, Marketing, Social Media, to lead the evolution of the influencer function for the business to develop and execute a marketing leading strategy.
  • Stakeholder management to ensure team performance and vison is communicated clearly.
  • Responsible for setting KPI’s and manage budgets
  • Build and maintain the relationships with key influencers and agencies
  • Establishing mechanisms to track and measure influencer activity related to the business goals through data analysis
  • Plan outstanding experiences and campaigns that foster a community of loyal fans
  • Monitor the competitive landscape to constantly identify new influencer marketing opportunities.
  • Lead and inspire your teams and agencies to deliver results

  • Significant years relevant professional experience in communications with a focus on influencer relations
  • A strong understanding of the business impact of influencer marketing
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including working with budgets and efficiency KPIs
  • Experience managing and working with agencies
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead
