Our client, a well-known premium company renowned for its playful and contemporary design, is looking for a dynamic leader to join their team in Paris as the new Head of Digital Marketing & CRM to lead the digital marketing team, driving profitable growth across digital channels while enhancing customer engagement and brand positioning.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall digital marketing strategy and oversee the execution of plans, analysis, and insight into digital marketing and CRM initiatives to engage with new audiences and drive the frequency of existing and new audiences.
- Drive greater conversion and ROI from existing tactical activities.
- Manage the digital marketing roadmap, driving continual innovation and delivering best-in-class creative campaigns that are aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Set and oversee the digital marketing budgets, defining the annual and monthly paid digital media plans, including setting agency/team objectives to deliver ongoing growth.
- Essential track record of profitable digital marketing channel growth, leveraging and optimising customer acquisition and retention, traffic, and delivery of profitable paid media channels.
- Priority responsibility is to deliver trading objectives, whilst continuously executing initiatives through our digital channels to increase customer engagement, enhance brand propositioning and drive ROI.
- Oversee and deliver the development of a new loyalty programme.
- Review the existing Martech stack and make recommendations for platforms/agencies for future regional and localisation strategies.
- Provide leadership and day-to-day management for the digital marketing/CRM team through effective feedback and coaching.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to ensure digital is fully integrated into the 360 marketing approach.
Profile
- +6 years of experience, last 2 covering a digital marketing manager role
- Proven experience in a senior digital marketing role, with in-depth knowledge of performance marketing, CRM and loyalty.
- Strong analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset with a relentless customer focus.
- A self-starter with exceptional organisational skills and a strong sense of discipline, with evidence of prioritising and structuring tasks/ time efficiently.
- Demonstrated success in working toward commercial targets, driving traffic, revenue, and customer engagement.
- Evidence of ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team in digital marketing and broader business.
