Our client, a prestigious name in the global fashion industry, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Marketing Director to join their team on a 12-month contract. This role is pivotal in driving and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate the brand’s presence and prestige across international markets. The successful candidate will lead a team of marketing experts and work closely with the CBO to achieve strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a global marketing strategy aligned with the brand’s vision and business goals.
- Oversee the creation and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns, including digital, social, print, events, and experiential marketing.
- Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of marketing professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and creative environment to drive team performance and professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and public relations to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution.
- Ensure consistent and premium brand positioning across all global markets.
- Develop and manage brand guidelines, ensuring all marketing materials reflect the brand’s luxury and premium values.
- Monitor and enhance brand reputation through strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and manage the global marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track marketing performance against targets.
- Utilize analytics and reporting tools to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a significant portion in the luxury or premium fashion industry.
- Proven track record in managing global marketing strategies and leading high-performing teams.
- Expertise in 360-degree marketing strategies, including digital, social media, traditional advertising, and events.
