Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment and selection process for various roles within the organization, from entry-level positions to executive management.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback to support professional growth and development.
• Lead initiatives to promote employee engagement, retention, and diversity and inclusion.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations issues and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR projects and initiatives forward.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity and confidentiality structures and employee perks and benefits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on the fashion industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Italian labour laws and regulations.
• Experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.High level of professionalism and integrity.Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to priorities multiple tasks and requests, while working in a high pace environment
• Excellent time management skills
