E-COMMERCE MANAGER - USA

Our client, a leading global brand committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative and high-quality products, is looking for a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Manager to join their team and spearhead our online trading strategy for the USA market.

The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for executing the online trading strategy for the USA market, driving revenues, profitability, and enhancing customer experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to optimize our e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless execution and growth in a highly competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy tailored to the USA market.
  • Drive online sales performance, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the global team to align USA strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Manage the online product range, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Conduct regular analysis of sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Optimize product listings, ensuring high-quality content and visuals to enhance customer engagement.
  • Enhance the online customer journey, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Implement best practices for site usability, navigation, and conversion optimization.
  • Address customer feedback and concerns promptly, working towards continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
  • Leverage SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and other digital channels to boost online presence.
  • Analyze campaign performance and ROI, adjusting strategies as needed for maximum impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the USA market.
  • Proven track record of driving online sales growth and profitability.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and analytics.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
