Due to their growth, they are looking for a Head of PR and Communication that will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand image and driving strategic communication initiatives. Leveraging your strong background in PR and communication, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that elevate the brand presence, engage with the target audience, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated PR and communication strategies to effectively position the Company in the market and enhance brand visibility.
• Lead and mentor the PR and communication team to ensure alignment with company objectives and deliver exceptional results.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry stakeholders to secure impactful press coverage and partnerships.
• Oversee the planning and execution of PR campaigns, product launches, and events, ensuring seamless coordination and maximum exposure.
• Manage the influencer marketing team to identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Creative, and Sales, to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of communication efforts.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform strategic decision-making and continuously refine communication strategies.
• Drive crisis communication efforts and manage reputation risks effectively, demonstrating agility and resilience in challenging situations.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of PR and communication initiatives through KPIs and metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization.
• Represent the company as a spokesperson at industry events, conferences, and media interviews, embodying our brand values and identity.
  
  Qualifications
  
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in PR and communication roles within the fashion or lifestyle industry, with demonstrated success in leading teams and executing strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of PR principles, media relations, and influencer marketing strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with media contacts, influencers, and industry partners.
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Passion for fashion, sustainability, and innovation, with a keen eye for emerging trends and consumer preferences.
