Responsibilities
- Develop a CRM and email marketing strategy that enhances the customer’s journey and helps drive loyalty and conversion through relationships, brand message and storytelling.
- Coordinate the email communication calendar with marketing and trade plans.
- Manage the building, scheduling, testing and optimisation of email campaigns, creating copy, creative content.
- Optimise CRM and email marketing initiatives through continuous testing, tracking and reporting.
- Optimise customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
- Oversee database management including database cleanliness and development of data segmentation strategies.
- Deliver email performance targets, summarise key insights, and recommend actions to improve email performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Trade and Retail to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives.
- Monitor key CRM metrics, analyse performance, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Report and deliver weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Report to the business on general CRM principles, developing and sharing insights and embedding best practices.
Profile
- Knowledge of HTML and other CRM platforms (SalesForce or Bloomreach experience is preferred)
- Confident with analytics tools and a strong understanding of tracking and conversion optimization
- Creative thinker with excellent communication skills
- Team player with the ability to manage multiple projects and a fast-paced environment
